Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by İlkan Geldigitti, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye and trading as İlkan Digital ("we", "us"), Istanbul, Türkiye, to business clients ("you"). A signed proposal or service agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

1. Services

We provide paid advertising management, tracking and analytics setup, and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set in a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

2. Business clients only

Our services are for businesses. By ordering you confirm you act for a business, not as a consumer.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give us timely access to the accounts, tools and information we need.
  • Keep ownership of your ad accounts, websites, tag containers and data. We work in your accounts as a user or partner.
  • Pay advertising platforms directly for ad spend. We do not handle ad budgets.
  • Make sure your products, claims, landing pages and consent practices comply with the laws and platform policies that apply to you. We advise on platform policy and privacy-friendly tracking, but you remain responsible for your own legal compliance.

4. Fees and payment

  • Prices are in USD or EUR as stated in the proposal.
  • Fixed jobs up to $500: paid in full before work starts. Above $500: 50% before start, 50% on delivery. Monthly services: paid monthly in advance. Hourly consulting: prepaid blocks.
  • Payment by Payoneer payment link (card or bank transfer) or by international bank transfer (SWIFT) to the account on our invoice. Bank transfer fees on your side are paid by you (choose the "OUR" option).
  • We issue an invoice for every payment.
  • If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work until it is received.
  • We never change our bank details by email or chat. Confirm any change on a call before paying.

5. Delivery and fix window

We deliver in your accounts and provide a written handover of what was set up. For 14 days after delivery you can report anything that does not work as agreed in the proposal, and we fix it at no extra cost. Later changes, or changes caused by third parties (platform updates, site changes by others), are new work.

6. No guaranteed results

Advertising platforms decide ad delivery, approvals, account restrictions and reporting. We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and reporting transparently. We do not guarantee specific results, costs, approvals or revenue.

7. Compliant methods only

We do not use domain masking, disguised or renamed events, new accounts created to escape restrictions, or sending data that a platform or law does not allow. We may decline or stop work that would require this.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We sign NDAs on request. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example in EU/UK projects), we act as a processor and will sign a Data Processing Agreement on request. See our Privacy policy.

9. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables created for you (campaign structures, tag configurations, documents, creatives we produced). We keep our general know-how, methods and templates. We mention your company as a client only with your written permission.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made by advertising platforms (including account restrictions or bans). Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may end monthly services with notice before the next billing date; the paid month is completed. Either party may end a project if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix it within 7 days of written notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the courts of Istanbul, unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
