Invoice and payment

Delivery
Work is done in your own accounts and ends with a written handover document.
Fix window
For 14 days after delivery, anything that doesn’t work as agreed is fixed at no cost.

International bank transfer (SWIFT)
To the business account in Türkiye. Bank details appear on the invoice only. Choose the OUR charge option so the full amount arrives.
Every payment receives an official invoice issued by İlkan Geldigitti (İlkan Digital).
Bank details never change by email or chat. If you receive a message with new payment details, confirm it on a call before paying.
Ownership
You own everything.
Access is given to İlkan Digital as a partner or user, and removed when the work ends.

Refunds
If plans change.
- Cancelled before work starts: full refund, minus payment fees that can't be recovered.
- Cancelled after work starts: refund for the part not yet done.
- Monthly services: cancel before the next billing date; the paid month is completed.

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before you share account access or data.
Do you offer a DPA for GDPR?
Yes, on request. Where personal data is processed on your behalf, for example in EU or UK projects, a Data Processing Agreement is signed.
Which currencies?
USD or EUR, as stated in the proposal.
Do you guarantee results?
No. The commitment is the agreed work, done carefully, with transparent reporting. Advertising platforms decide delivery, approvals and costs.
Can you work under our agency’s brand?
Yes, white-label delivery is available on request.
