Refund Policy

We want every client to know in advance what happens if plans change.

Fixed-price jobs

• Cancelled before work starts: full refund, minus any payment-processing fees we cannot recover.
• Cancelled after work starts: refund of the part of the fee for work not yet done. For 50/50 jobs, the first 50% covers work up to the midpoint stated in the proposal.
• Delivered work: no refund, but for 14 days after delivery we fix anything that does not work as agreed in the proposal, at no cost.

Monthly services

• Cancel any time before the next billing date; you will not be charged again.
• The current paid month is completed and is not refunded.

Hourly consulting

• Unused prepaid hours are refunded on request within 90 days of purchase, minus payment-processing fees.

What is not refunded

• Ad spend (you pay platforms directly; we never hold it).
• Third-party costs you approved (tools, subscriptions).
• Results that depend on advertising platforms (approvals, delivery, costs).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the method you paid with (Payoneer or bank transfer) within 14 days of approval. Bank fees for international refunds may apply.
